CATIFYWORLD Refund & Return Policy
By placing an order through the CATIFYWORLD website, you agree to the terms below. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure clarity for every customer.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
- Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligible items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Packaging or accessories are missing
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact us first at info@catifyworld.com before sending any item back.
- We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Items sent without prior email contact or approval will not be accepted.
Please include your order number and photo/video evidence of any issue when you contact us.
If approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return.
All items must be returned together in one package with their original boxes.
Note: For orders shipped to the EU or UK, customers retain the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees for such returns remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if any item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Verified defective or wrong items will be repaired, replaced, or resent free of charge.
- Return shipping for defective or incorrect items is free of charge.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs — including import duties, taxes, or customs fees — in cases such as:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
- Misreading the product description
- Changing your mind or refusing delivery
Important:
- The shipping fee shown at checkout is a fixed estimated rate for convenience and does not reflect actual shipping cost.
- Actual return shipping costs vary by carrier, destination, weight, and package size and must be fully covered by the customer, even if higher than the flat-rate fee shown at checkout.
6. Refund Process
- A tracking number is required for all returns. Refunds cannot be processed without valid tracking.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund or exchange is approved or rejected.
- If rejected, you may have the item returned to you at your expense.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Additional time may be needed for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
